The Wicked Symphony	Angel of Babylon

On April 3rd Avantasia will return with a new epic in two chapters, "The Wicked Symphony" and "Angel Of Babylon".

The list of guest musicians on this album reads like a who-is-who of the international Rock and Metal scene: Bruce Kulick (ex-KISS, ex-Meat Loaf, GFR), Klaus Meine (Scorpions), Ripper Owens (ex-Judas Priest), Michael Kiske (ex-Helloween), Jorn Lande (Masterplan), Russell Allen (Symphony X), Bob Catley (Magnum), Eric Singer (KISS), Jens Johansson (Stratovarius), Alex Holzwarth (Rhapsody), Felix Bohnke (Edguy), Producer Sascha Paeth (ex-Heavens Gate), Ralf Zdiarstek (Amitav), Cloudy Yang and Tobias on bass guitar and lead vocals.

Oliver Hartmann has also just returned to the studio to play some lead guitars. Oliver has sung on all of the Avantasia albums so far and was also the guitarist during the giant live ensemble that travelled the world in 2008 and played to over 450,000 people in just a few weeks (excerpts can be seen on the main page of tobiassammet.com, on the left).

Now the artwork for the two new Avantasia albums (that will be available in one box in the Deluxe Edition) have been revealed. The artwork was done by Thomas Ewerhard who was also responsible for the infamous "Hellfire Club" artwork of Edguy and "The Scarecrow" of Avantasia.
